Authors are supposed to register before due date in order to participate in the conference. Each registration covers the publication of only one paper and enables only one author to attend the conference.
The registration needs to be paid in advance. Registration fee is tax exemption, no refund for the registration could be made.

Please pay the registration fee through Academic Online Payment System. You will get an e-mail if your payment is successful. The confirmation number of your registration will be mentioned in the e-mail. Please fill it in the registration form and send it back to us.

The registration fee includes Keynotes&Plenaries, Coffee Breaks, Technical Sessions, Lunch, Dinner, Conference packages. Extra fee needs to be paid for excursion.

Cancellation Policy for Registration

a) Cancellation before October 5 is possible subject to an administration fee of USD 30.
b) Cancellation between October 5 and November 5,  the cancellation is possible subject to an administration fee of 50% of the payment made.
c) Cancellation after November 5, no refund is possible.
